Q: My carrier is currently not supported. When will you support my carrier?
A: Currently, mStyle supports AT&T, T-Mobile, Sprint, Nextel, Verizon Wireless, Alltel and Dobson customers on a variety of services.
Q: What ringtone formats does my phone support?
A: Please use our device selector in the left-hand column to determine your phone's capabilities. If your phone is not listed, please contact your phone's manufacturer for this information.
Q: What's the difference between Monophonic and Polyphonic? Polyphonic and TrueTones?
A: Monophonic ringtones support one note being played at a time. Polyphonic ringtones support several notes being played at a time. TrueTones are authentic clips of a song or sound effect. The majority of ringtones being produced today are polyphonic.
Q: When will mStyle offer games?
A: Games will be available in the 1st quarter of 2006.
Q: How do I cancel?
A: You have a few options. You may send a text message with the word STOP to 67000. If you need further assistance, please contact us via e-mail at support@mstyle.com or reach us by phone at 877-MSTYLE-0. Or, you may email us by visiting our online Customer Support form.
Q: Why can't I download my content?
A: For all carriers except Verizon Wireless, you must have your phone WAP-enabled, meaning that you can access the Internet from it. For Verizon Wireless, you need to have a phone capable of PIX Messaging; you are not required to have your Verizon Wireless phone Internet-enabled. For Verizon Wireless, you must save the content to your phone, otherwise it will be deleted when you erase the PIX message from your inbox.
Q: How does mStyle appear on our credit card bill?
A: It is incorporated into your cellular service fee
